Hand Building Class
In this 8-week long course, we will explore the art of hand building. You will learn pinch, coil, and slab building along with surface decoration and glazing techniques. Whether you seek creative expression or practical design, this class will guide you through the process of combining these techniques to create pottery with a personal flare.
All skill levels welcome!.
What to Bring:
- Wear old clothes: Pottery can get messy!
- Old towel
- Closed-toe shoes: For safety in the studio.
- A positive attitude: Be ready to learn and have fun!
Included in the course fee: 32 hours of studio time, a 25 lb bag of clay, a firing allotment for this clay, and access to all necessary studio tools and glazes.
